General Terms and Conditions of Sale — Lumia Technologies GmbH

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through sunwaveswitzerland.com, operated by Lumia Technologies GmbH, Glaserbergstrasse 27, 4056 Basel, Switzerland ("SunWave Switzerland", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
SunWave Switzerland is the exclusive Swiss distributor of SunWave Ceramica ceramic infrared heating panels, manufactured by SunWave Heating Company SH.P.K. Products are sold new, with full manufacturer documentation and certifications (CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT (MWST) at the applicable rate. Delivery to any Swiss address costs CHF 35 per order. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
Orders can be placed via the contact form at sunwaveswitzerland.com/contact or by email to info@sunwaveswitzerland.com. An order is binding upon receipt of written confirmation from SunWave Switzerland. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Invoices not paid within the agreed term are subject to statutory interest under Swiss law.
Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided:

All SunWave Ceramica panels carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
SunWave Switzerland's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Energy savings estimates on this website are based on independent research and are indicative only — actual savings depend on building insulation, usage, and energy tariffs.
Panels connected to standard wall sockets (up to the panel's rated current) may be self-installed. Hardwired installations must be carried out by an NIV-authorised electrician in accordance with Swiss electrical safety regulations. SunWave Switzerland accepts no liability for damage caused by improper installation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or related to a purchase from SunWave Switzerland shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
