Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information by email once your order has been collected by our logistics partner.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of order. SunWave Ceramica panels are large items (60 × 120 cm, 12 kg). Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide a safe drop-off instruction at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful, our logistics partner will leave a collection notice.

Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect your panel upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows signs of damage, note this on the delivery receipt before signing. If the panel itself is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with photos — we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. SunWave Switzerland is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, adverse weather, or events outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
