1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through sunwaveswitzerland.com, operated by Lumia Technologies GmbH, Glaserbergstrasse 27, 4056 Basel, Switzerland ("SunWave Switzerland", "we", "us"). By placing an oderder you agree to these terms in full.

2. Produkts

SunWave Switzerland is the exclusive Swiss distributoder of SunWave Ceramica ceramic infrared heating panels, manufactured by SunWave Heating Company SH.P.K. Produkts are sold new, with full manufacturer documentation and certifications (CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

• Available in nine surface finishes
• WiFi-enabled thermostat included with every oderder

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT (MWST) at the applicable rate. Delivery to any Swiss address costs CHF 35 per oderder. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of oderder confirmation is binding.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

Orders can be placed via the contact form at sunwaveswitzerland.com/contact oder by email to info@sunwaveswitzerland.com. An oderder is binding upon receipt of written confirmation from SunWave Switzerland. We reserve the right to decline any oderder.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full prioder to dispatch. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of oderder confirmation. Invoices not paid within the agreed term are subject to statutodery interest under Swiss law.

6. Delivery

• Delivery across all Swiss cantons within 3–5 woderking days of payment receipt.
• Delivery is to the address provided at time of oderder.
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
• SunWave Switzerland is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers oder events outside our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided:

• The product is in its oderiginal, undamaged condition and packaging.
• The product has not been installed oder modified.
• Return shipping costs are boderne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

To initiate a return, contact info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with your oderder details. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

8. Warranty

All SunWave Ceramica panels carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and woderkmanship under nodermal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incoderrect installation
• Physisch damage oder misuse
• Modifications not authoderised by the manufacturer

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

9. Liability

SunWave Switzerland's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, oder incidental damages. Energy savings estimates on this website are based on independent research and are indicative only — actual savings depend on building insulation, usage, and energy tariffs.

10. Installation

Panels connected to standard wall sockets (up to the panel's rated current) may be self-installed. Hardwired installations must be carried out by an NIV-authoderised electrician in accoderdance with Swiss electrical safety regulations. SunWave Switzerland accepts no liability for damage caused by improper installation.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from oder related to a purchase from SunWave Switzerland shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland, unless mandatodery consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
