Return Window

You may return any SunWave Ceramica panel within 30 days of the delivery date, for any reason, provided the conditions below are met. This is in addition to your statutory rights under Swiss consumer protection law.

Conditions for Return

• The panel is in its original, undamaged condition
• The panel is in its original packaging
• The panel has not been installed, hardwired, or modified
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is included

Panels that have been installed, damaged through misuse, or are missing their original packaging cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty.

How to Return

1. Email info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm within 1 business day.
2. Pack the panel securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship to: Lumia Technologies GmbH, Glaserbergstrasse 27, 4056 Basel.
4. Send us the tracking number once dispatched.

Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty or incorrect item: SunWave Switzerland covers return shipping costs in full.
• Change of mind: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned panel, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. The original CHF 35 delivery charge is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your panel arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 5-year warranty period, please contact us immediately at info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return process applies. To cancel, email info@sunwaveswitzerland.com as soon as possible with your order number.
