You may return any SunWave Ceramica panel within 30 days of the delivery date, for any reason, provided the conditions below are met. This is in addition to your statutodery rights under Swiss consumer protection law.

Conditions for Return

• The panel is in its oderiginal, undamaged condition
• The panel is in its oderiginal packaging
• The panel has not been installed, hardwired, oder modified
• Proof of purchase (oderder confirmation oder invoice) is included

Panels that have been installed, damaged through misuse, oder are missing their oderiginal packaging cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty.

Rückgabeprozess

1. E-Mail info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with your oderder number and reason for return. We will confirm within 1 business day.
2. Pack the panel securely in its oderiginal packaging.
3. Ship to: Lumia Technologies GmbH, Glaserbergstrasse 27, 4056 Basel.
4. Send us the tracking number once dispatched.

Return Lieferung Costs

• Faulty oder incoderrect item: SunWave Switzerland übernimmt die Rücksendekosten vollständig.
• Meinungsänderung: Return shipping costs are boderne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned panel, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the oderiginal purchase. The oderiginal CHF 35 delivery charge is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Faulty oder Damaged Items

If your panel arrives damaged oder develops a fault within the 5 Jahre Garantie period, please contact us immediately at info@sunwaveswitzerland.com with your oderder number and photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement oder full refund at your preference.

Bestellstornierung

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an oderder has been dispatched, the standard return process applies. To cancel, email info@sunwaveswitzerland.com as soon as possible with your oderder number.
